The School Library

Kaitou creaked the door of the library open to look in to see where the libraian was at. Seeing that she was busy behind her desk, doing what looks like cataloging some old books, Kaitou slipped into the library crawling past the libraians desk all the way to the far side of the library to her secret spot. The space between Romance and Sci-fiction on the far side of the library. This spot wasn't really secret just nobody else has seem to noticed it since Kaitou had first started attending this school. For some reason the Romance shelf and the Sci-fiction shelf hadn't been pushed back to back creating a small space just big enough for Kaitou to slip in to have her privacy while she read. On the side closest to the door it was blocked by a shelf of misc books but on the far side all that was in the way was a computer desk, but you can crawl beneath it to get to the secret spot.

So like almost every day Kaitou would skip her social studies class because she is tired of all the older and taller girls in the class picking on her for her untidy hair, for wearing glasses instead of contacts, and constantly reading instead of paying attention in class even though he grades are at the top of her class. So Kaitou would sneak into the library crawl beneath the desk, grabs the piece of plywood she had found a couple days back and covers the entrance making it look like a wall, then crawls all the way to the back where she can lean against the back of the misc book shelf. She reaches into her backpack pulls out the Manga that she has been reading for the last couple days (Koukou Debut), flips it open to Chapter 11 page 09, takes her neck tab off of her school uniform kicks her school shoes off leans back and enters a whole different world becoming the character in the book.

OoC: Sry about that, I've only heard about the anime a little so I didn't really know the structure of the school.

Completely wrapped up in her book Kaitou didn't even hear a word from Hayashi, but was broken from her fantasy world as a book that had been laying on top of the shelf slid off and landed right next to her. Seeing that the shelf was coming down fast Kaitou jumped from her sitting spot leaving behind all of her stuff besides the book in her hand, dived for the entrance. And because of the shelf falling the piece of plywood had already been knocked down allowing Kaitou to slip under the desk just in time but her right foot was caught under the shelf sending a sharp pain up her leg, making her bite her lower lip to keep from screaming out in pain.

Looking around the room for help she begins calling, "Somebody help..." winches in pain as she reaches down to try to pull her foot out but the weight of the shelf was to heavy for her. seeing both shelves had been knocked over when the first fell. "Help! My foot is stuck under the shelf.." the room begins to spin in her vision and darkens as her voice weakens and she hit the ground falling unconscious from the pain.

Lets out a quiet moan as she is dragged out from under the desk and she is pulled loose from the shelf. But shes still unconscious an unable to respond to Hayashi.

Blinks her eyes waking up suddenly, reaches up to wipe the water off of her face and then the pain from her foot shoots back up her leg as she applied a little pressure to it. Looks at Hayashi with some what of a glazed look in her eyes being half awake.

"Oh Hayashi, I can't really play right now." looks down at her swallown foot, then looks back up at him. "Thank you for helping out from under the shelf, but i think my foot is broken could u get a teacher or the nurse?" begins to look around for her book wondering where it is, doesn't see it, so she assumes its back near the fallen shelf.

"You're not going to play with Hayashi?" Hayashi asked.
Hayashi fake cried a bit then looked up at Kaitou, his eyes completely blank.
"It's okay Kaitou...yo don't have to play with Hayashi...but you might regret it someday..." Hayashi said.

Not exactly sure what hes talking about, but she comes to the realization that Hayashi isnt very helpful.

"Ok Hayashi, if u say so." Pulls her self up onto one foot grabs the chair and uses it as a walker. "I will get help myself, just like I always do." Begins to walk off using the chair as support, to look for a teacher or a school nurse.

Hayashi laughed a bit to himself ad murmured, "Kaitou...you will definetly regret it..."
Hayashi ran out of the library without another word.

Kaitou basically just ignores him because she is to focused on staying stable and the pain is still shoot up her leg. She reaches the Librarian who for some reason had just left the library as all this happened, and is taken to the hospital.

Once she was admitted to the hospital she was given a cast and sent home shortly after with a little pain meds. Another Teacher had collected all her stuff from the library and brought it to her foster home.

Sets her bag down next to the Librarians desk, and goes over to the empty shelves that had boxes of books. All of these books were the ones that use to be in the shelves but had fallen out when it had fallen down. Kaitou begins to put them in alphabetical order then puts them on the shelf.
